Larry is a native Nebraskan. Larry received his BA degree from Nebraska’s Wayne State College. Upon graduation, Larry entered the United States Air Force and served in Vietnam. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska.
